Great Place to Work
We want Fluvius to be a ‘Great Place to Work’ (GPTW) for all our employees. A workplace with the GPTW quality mark means an organisation where everyone prioritises professional pride, camaraderie, collegiality, safety and well-being. How do we tackle that? By listening, listening and listening again to feedback from the employees, in the particular to any points that need attention and then linking targeted actions to them.
Two surveys, lots of insights
It is important to hear from all the staff how they actually perceive their work at Fluvius. This is done through:
- the annual ‘Great Place to Work’ survey
- the annual ‘culture audit’ that goes with it.
These objective survey results tell us what we can be satisfied or very satisfied with. On top of that, this feedback also tells us what’s not so great: what should we be less pleased about, or not pleased about at all? That gives us some useful insights into where we definitely need to keep making efforts, what absolutely has to change, and what we need to do for that.
Everyone gets a chance to explain their choices too, which is a big plus. After all, the statistics don’t tell the whole story. Aligning our actions with the survey results each year is letting us build and improve on the working environment for our staff.
We can already reveal that Fluvius was certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ in January 2021.
Progress all along the line
The Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Well-being survey assesses five dimensions: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie. In 2020 we made progress in each of these areas.
